Description

Instructions for LEGO Volvo 240 Turbo Group A race car (from ETC and DTM championships). I usesd classic Nordica livery for this MOC. Probably the best known color scheme for this model. (I also have another livery version of this same model – Macau GP Guia race winner car) I used bricks to create a basic color scheme, if you want to add small details you can add custom stickers with brand names.
Model itself is simple, with semi detailed interior (with basic seats, rollcage and fire extinguisher in interior). I doesn’t have any opening parts. But in theory this design allows to have opening parts (at least opening hood/boot, without that much work), if you want to add opening doors, you will need to lower the floor lever, and that will make everything more expensive and complicated.

Model info:
– 8 stud wide
– semi detailed interior
– simple design
– no opening parts
– total 267 parts from 78 lots, all parts will cost around $65. But actually the half of all cost is these black Technic gears I’m using inside wheels (part 6589). This part is rare and expensive (something around $5-8 per piece, and you will need 4) You can just use simple black wheels and save at least $30 on this model.
