LEGO Ford Bronco Instructions. This model represents stock first generation Bronco after 1970 design changes. So something between 1970 and 1976 (after that exterior fuel caps that are visible on driver side were removed and replaced with fuel cap).
Model is 12 studs wide, its very similar in size as LEGO Fiat 500 (Set: 10271). Everything that should open – opens – like doors, hood and tailgate (see model images). Spare wheel holder moves to side to allow tailgate to be lowered. Entire roof constructions sits on 4 studs and can be easily removed (but you will want to also remove white parts on windshield, because they are not connected to roof (you can see how this looks in model images).
I’m not very great with engine designs – so my engine is very basic. I checked several reference images online – and it looks like to fully recreate engine – it would require to use strings, maybe rubber and some hoses. So if you want a perfect looking engine be ready to make modifications to engine.

Another compromise is rear part – because of hinges for spare wheel holder – rear part is not symmetrical (corner above taillights, visible in rear view image). And also spare wheel cuts into tailgate, so tailgate itself is not perfectly square. That was my compromise to allow all these parts to be openable. These issues would go away if this model is build without spare wheel or without opening tailgate/movable spare wheel holder. So check out the model images carefully, if needed contact me for more questions/clarification.

This model is not a technic style model, and it does NOT have working suspension, steering, etc.

Overall this model will cost around $100 to build. Most of all long parts can be replaced with shorter ones (like 1×12 with 2 1×6 and so on) without affecting its structural integrity.
